Facilitate all functions necessary to support sales and marketing objectives for agricultural division
  • Provide direct marketing support for all brands sold through US and Canadian Ag Division
  • Work with sales to develop collateral materials as necessary for retail and ag divisions
  • Initiate collateral development for all new product introductions as well as updates and enhancements to existing collateral materials, including coordination and distribution of price list updates
  • Monitor inventory levels and determine economic order quantities of new materials as necessary
  • Work with sales to develop secondary displays needed to promote and drive peak season volume
  • Work with sales to develop/update materials necessary for successful representation at trade shows, vendor events, etc.
  • Work with sales to evaluate promo opportunities (FSI’s, display opportunities, in-store promotions, etc.)
  • Evaluate account needs, competitive environments and account opportunity in relation to established performance targets

    Drive product execution process for all confirmed new product initiatives from approval to launch

  • Drive development and execution of new packaging and packaging updates for retail and ag product lines
  • Work with purchasing to ensure efficient, responsible, cost-effective packaging development and transition plans for existing and new products
  • Work with materials management, accounting, and through direct evaluation to identify products that no longer meet company’s required performance criteria
  • Review items and customer conflicts with sales manager to determine impact/plan

  • Qualifications:
    • BS - Marketing or Business Administration; MBA a plus
    • Minimum 3-5 years marketing-related experience in a manufacturing environment
    • Must be US Citizen or Green Card holder
