Provide assistance and work side-by-side with Event Manager and Marketing team in all aspects of preparing, promoting and execution of Evernote’s annual conference.
Work closely with partners, suppliers and attendees throughout life-cycle of event.
Assist in development of promotional plan with Marketing team.
Organize event-cycle milestone meetings, including writing agendas and taking minutes.
Coordinate travel and accommodation for guests.
Provide support and answer questions for attendees..
Other general admin tasks as required.
Requirements and Skills :
Extremely organized and detail oriented.
Able to adapt quickly in a constantly changing environment and maintain professional demeanor.
Team player with excellent communication and professional interpersonal skills.
Ability to work on several projects at once in a fast-paced environment.
Completes assignments in a timely manner, meets deadlines.
Knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign preferred but not required
Currently completing Bachelors Degree in Event Planning, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
