Professional Development and Custom Solutions.
This individual will
drive business growth by providing customer focused sales strategies,
create customer demand by extensive use of digital media that accelerates prospects through the buying cycle and uniquely positions our products in the highly competitive Professional Development/Custom marketplace.
Develop and execute strong strategic marketing plans which would include product positioning, clearly defined customer value proposition, unique differentiators and customer benefits.
Develop appropriate persuasive marketing communications that will accelerate the buying cycle, dislodge competitor loyalty, and create demand for specific prospect segments.
Monitor, measure and analyze performance of programs for ongoing recommendations for improvement
Develop persuasive sales support plans and strong marketing collateral for use by our field sales force. Collateral and programs should highlight the unique capabilities of Professional Development and Custom products and services.
Develop strong partnerships with key constituents to understand market dynamics, customer segments, and current needs.
Minimum of 4 years of product marketing experience at a mid to large-size education, media, marketing or professional services organization.
Demonstrated experience in digital marketing including email, search, websites, webinar, and social media tactics.
Strong oral and written communication skills with ability to communicate effectively with senior management.
Strong time and project management skills with the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast paced changing environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Creative and high energy.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage projects from inception through execution
Experience in B2C Marketing, B to B Marketing, Professional Services Marketing or Data companies is a plus.
Experience with email platforms, WebTrends, Google Analytics, CRM's, and CMS.
