  • Execute various acquisition marketing programs, such as SEM, SEO, retargeting and affiliates
  • Manage day-to-day automated email marketing system and develop process to quickly ramp up, refine, and retire campaigns based on measured effectiveness
  • Manage campaign dashboards; monitor, measure, analyze, and report in real-time the effectiveness of broader marketing initiatives
  • Create new acquisition/conversion tests to identify scalable programs for Crittercism
  • Develop strategy to improve customer acquisition/engagement/conversion; then, execute that strategy
  • Highly analytical / strategic thinker
  • 4+ years developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, integrated programs, branding, positioning, and product launches
  • 2+ years experience with web analytics, marketing automation, and vendor/partner management
  • Fluency in mobile technology, enterprise software, or cloud based solutions
  • Proven track record of applying post-campaign analytics/metrics to maximize ROI
Desired but not Required
  • Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, finance, or similar concentration
  • Basic programming experience
