Essential Responsibilities
The Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating lead generation campaigns for specific product lines and multi-product zone-based campaigns, moving leads through the marketing funnel, and then evaluating the effectiveness of these campaigns by tracking metrics and performing analysis. He/she will partner closely with regional product marketing, sales leadership and marketing operations to provide the right level of marketing support and partnership to meet sales objectives. The field marketing manager should capture key insights about the needs and desires of prospects, customers and partners, and then feed those into the regional marketing plan. The field marketing manager will be responsible for creating and managing their marketing budget.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Work with product marketing and marketing communications to create, plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns
• Create, execute and measure lead generation campaigns
• Manage lead flow, working with Sales, Sales Operations and Marketing Operations
• Manage marketing program budget
• Develop the integrated marketing plan for the offering, working with sales leadership
• Coordinate with centralized events team to fully integrate events into the integrated marketing plan
• Contribute to GE’s strategic planning processes, including budgetary planning

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3+ years’ experience in marketing
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Strong analytical and process skills
• Budget management skills
• Strong results orientation
• Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Desired Characteristics
• 5+ years’ experience in marketing, product marketing or related field
• Marketing experience in market & customer insights, field marketing

• Experience with social media
