We are seeking a Marketing Manager in our New York Metro Executive department.

The Marketing Manager will work with various stakeholders to develop regional marketing event and campaign budgets, manage the execution of internal and external events, and report results (ROI). Candidate must have 5+ years of marketing experience and at least 2+ years in a leadership role. Experience working in the financial services industries, and with various Centers of Influence are a plus. Candidate must have experience partnering within a sales organization and be able to analyze data. The role includes management of a zone marketing team.

Essential Functions · Develop and coordinate zone's overall marketing support and planning programs and budgets, focused on campaigns and events, and identifies/highlights other marketing opportunities
· Report results to senior leadership and provide advisory support and guidance relative to marketing performance and planning
· Coordinate with internal stakeholders and resources to deliver coordinated and compliant external communications
· Support client development by linking national and zonal sales and marketing campaigns to on-the-ground sales and marketing efforts. These efforts integrate zonal, national, and industry/risk practices.
· Management of client events within partnership, working with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
· Providing technical and leadership guidance to field marketing team.
· Manage governance of zone's Charitable Contributions and marketing spends.
· Drive consistency of quality and message in collateral, external communications and systems, internal communications and systems
Qualifications
· 5 years of marketing experience, including 2 years of leadership experience. Focus in financial services industries is a plus, as is working with Centers of Influence
· 2 years of direct B2B marketing and campaign management experience
· Demonstrated working knowledge of salesforce.com
· Proven leadership track with a collaborative style and strong communications skills
· Ability to effectively advise and interface with senior leadership
· Position requires approximately 25% domestic travel within the Zone.
