We are currently seeking talented Marketing Manager - Retail Merchandise for our San Antonio, TX facility.
PURPOSE OF JOB
Creates, facilitates and / or executes moderately complex marketing campaigns across multiple channels including - not limited to - media, direct, sponsorships and digital. Responsible for one or more of the following areas: ongoing management of agency resources; creating, managing and/or executing campaigns; and/or managing budgets. Collaborates and develops partnerships with various internal and external resources to develop and deliver marketing communications for one or more of the following: go-to-market plans, integrated tactical plans, project plans, milestone schedules, and/or creative strategy.
Develops and oversees overall project management of moderately complex marketing campaigns and plans.
Effectively partners with Agency to ensure alignment with goals and prioritization.
Collaborates with peers, enterprise partners and senior management to gain alignment.
Responsible for communication of campaigns through various reports/tool as required.
Serves as a resource to team members on matters of a routine nature.
Applies foundational knowledge of marketing principles.
Applies a moderate understanding of resource tools to assess performance against marketing objectives.
Relation to Other Positions
This position is an individual contributor non-people manager role.
Resides in a workstation within a general office environment.
Works autonomously within a highly collaborative environment.
Standard work hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Overtime may be required as needed.
Bachelor's degree or 6 years of Online/Digital Marketing experience.
Knowledge of online trends in industry.
Strong organizational skills and time management skill.
Advanced written and oral communication skills.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools to include word, excel, and access.
Experience working with any or all of the following: UNICA Interact, Epiphany (Infor CRM), and or x+1.
At least three years of Website Merchandising experience.
Ability to leverage excellent analytical skills to analyze and summarize data to "Tell a story".
Ability to work collaboratively and cross functionally with both internal and external business partners.
Experience with Online retailing.
Expertise in customer targeting.
