Who are we looking for?
The Retention Marketing Manager's key focus is to convert The Clymb's 2.5 million+ member base into active, loyal shoppers. Your role will be focused on our most valuable customers, lifecycle promotions, our refer-a-friend program, and mitigating list churn. You'll be working closely with our Acquisition Marketing Manager and our analytics team to drive incremental revenue in order to propel The Clymb's meteoric growth even higher.
Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Design & implement member communication strategy via the email channel.
Enhance our welcome experience for new members.
Work with our analytics team to identify target segments of customers. This will include advanced reporting on member cohorts, time to 1 st purchase, etc.
Build out a VIP loyalty program from the ground up.
Personalize each member's email and site experience.
Own lifecycle promotions strategy. Help The Clymb convert members to shoppers with targeted-lifecycle promotions including % off coupons, account credits, and creative promotions.
Drive our Refer-a-Friend program in its reporting & strategy
Reduce Subscriber Churn
Present new business opportunities to the senior management team whenever applicable.
4+ years in an e-retail environment with experience in email and retention marketing.
Bachelors degree, preferably in a business related field.
Significant experience designing and executing A/B tests in a business environment.
Demonstrated proficiency in business statistics.
Having used Enterprise-level BI tools as an end user for 2+ years. SQL experience preferred.
Outstanding teamwork and interpersonal communication skills.
