Responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans, business building programs and new products. Recommend and execute sales objectives, strategies and tactics. Responsible for managing the Marketing Budget, pricing strategy and developing the P&L. Provide marketing input on product modifications and new product development.
Develops and recommends marketing objectives including sales volume and contribution forecasts for assigned brands.
Manages projects and expenses to ensure approved projects are accomplished on time and within budget. Develops advertising and promotional programs that support the strategic and financial objective of the brand.
Recommends and implements marketing mix strategies to achieve objectives including pricing, promotions, distribution plans and products to be emphasized.
Recommends changes, improvements, additions and or deletions to product lines based on market trend and consumer needs research
Evaluates effectiveness of marketing programs Recommends changes base on analysis.
Prepares and manages sales forecasts for manufacturing.
- JOB REQUIREMENT
BS Degree in Marketing or Business; MBA preferred
- 5 years Marketing or Product management experience in CPG industry with preference for OTC
- Experience with Syndicated data (Nielsen or IRI)
- Travel required – up to 25%
