DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this position is to drive market results by leading and executing effective brand and marketing strategy for the Hotze brands. In collaboration with the Vice President of Marketing, the brand manager is responsible for acquiring patient volume by developing and executing comprehensive go to market plans for our parent brand as well as our sister brands.

DUTIES

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans for our brands that drive measurable results in market (e.g. increased leads and new patients)
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and under tight deadlines to meet established key performance indicators
  • Developing and implementing printed materials and written content (e.g. brochures, website) which market our brands
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external customers to develop quality, accurate content and marketing materials using various tools (i.e. Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, CMS, etc.);
  • Support ad hoc activities of Marketing Department;
  • Conduct basic administrative tasks to support marketing efforts;
QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree - preferably in marketing, communications or business administration - and work experience that provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the work
  • Marketing / brand management / advertising experience including the creation of comprehensive, strategic, metrics-driven marketing plans
  • Self-starter who takes responsibility for actions, solves problems as they arise, and keeps stakeholders informed of progress, with minimal supervision
  • Advanced writing, editing, proofreading skills and presentation skills
  • Web experience preferred
  • Wellness or luxury brand experience a plus
  • Online marketing and social media expertise a plus
