We are looking for a polished, energetic and highly organized individual with field marketing experience to help manage our demand generation programs. This is a great opportunity to take a leadership role with a fast growing, well-positioned software company and help build its success. Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Marketing Programs, this individual needs to be proactive, organized, diligent, a creative thinker and able to juggle multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously and across geographies.

This position can be based in New York, Washington D.C. or San Francisco.

  • Working alongside our Sales, Demand Generation and Marketing teams, you will develop the regional field marketing plan to support our sales staff
  • Create, implement and manage outbound marketing campaigns (webinars, virtual trade shows, email, snail mail, telesales, etc.)
  • Help ensure regional sales representatives have ample opportunity and lead flow to facilitate the team hitting its quarterly and annual targets
  • Construct and implement demand generation plans and programs to ensure a steady stream of leads to feed inside and outside sales
  • Ensure all program elements are meticulously tracked in and Marketo to facilitate detailed reporting

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a marketing programs role,with an emphasis on field marketing, at a high-growth company
  • Significant experience managing demand generation campaigns from start to finish
  • Strong detail-orientation
  • Strong process orientation and ability to manage cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams
  • Experience working closely with inside and outside sales teams
  • Ability to take complete ownership of initiatives and manage them from inception through successful completion
  • University degree (BA or BSc)
