Summary of Responsibilities
This position is responsible for the ongoing evaluation, analysis and reporting of MetLife’s group marketing and enrollment strategies for the Worksite Strategy, Voluntary Marketing and Enrollment Organization. The position will focuson both the tracking and reporting of group-specific campaigns or group customer; and identifying trends and growth opportunities for specific product’s marketing and enrollment programs.
This position requires strong analytical skills, industry knowledge and marketing background in such areas as direct marketing, targeting and segmentation across various media channels.
Work with Product teams, Marketing and Enrollment teams and other internal MetLife departments to gather, analyze and synthesize data across all MetLife products.
Take initiative to understand the source and program data across MetLife products, including Life, Dental, Disability, Auto & Home, Hyatt Legal, Critical Illness, and Accident & Health.
Create and manage external reporting for account-specific communication and enrollment results.
Analyze campaigns to identify response trends and potential cost savings opportunities to measure the effectiveness of the campaigns and provide recommendations and insights.
Use current data and analysis to provide strategic recommendations with the goal of improving employee communication and enrollment programs. Analysis can include: Customer Insights, Account Planning, Program and opportunity based Budgeting, etc.
Reporting includes, but not limited to: Aggregate trend reports, monthly KPI reporting, post-enrollment reports, opportunity and assessment tools, projection models, etc.
Unwavering commitment to quality and meeting reporting deadlines
Strong analytic and critical thinking skills; and ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
Advanced to Intermediate Microsoft Office software skills –Excel, PowerPoint. Microsoft Access experience preferred.
Ability to manage large amounts of data with a wide array of considerations.
Position requires ability to translate analytics and trends into presentations to help to develop strategic solutions and business recommendations (internally and externally).
Must have ability to work with management, directors and officers from various lines of business
Project Management: Able to successfully managing multiple, complex projects from ideation to implementation. Ability to multi-task - manage concurrent projects in deadline-driven environment
Must be prepared to identify and respond to obstacles and or challenges independently.
Extremely detail-oriented, good customer relationship skills, process-oriented and organized, strong communication skills – written and oral.
Knowledge of employee benefits and financial services preferred
Marketing or Analytics experience (5 – 8 years)
BA / BS Degree in Marketing, Business or Communications
