Supports various Marketing teams to develop test strategies, plans and procedures for internal testing to validate the accuracy of work before reports are published, emails are deployed, and campaigns are launched.
Understands the loyalty database, backend processes, and frequent flyer program to provide support around the companys needs to generate revenue, gain Customer insight and/or maintain the loyalty programs competitiveness.
Ability to understand QA processes and follow QA process guidelines, including a good knowledge system testing methodologies.
Performs quality control on developed campaigns, SQL scripts, landing pages, registration pages, links, email subject lines and email content.
Develops testing process standards in order to streamline campaign deliveries, email deployments, and database query and report releases with a zero error rate.
Coordinate with the various teams to review requirements and maintain the responsibility for developing the test strategy and test plans that ensure a holistic testing perspective and accounts for all aspects of quality.
Write, maintain, review, and execute test procedures and test cases.
Initiate and conduct test case/procedure reviews with the team to ensure tests are relevant and effective.
College degree in Computer Information Systems or Business Administration or equivalent industry experience.
Knowledge of SQL, preferred.
Exposure or training in software testing and support.
Oracle Siebel Loyalty experience, preferred.
UNIX experience, preferred.
Experience with Unica Campaign Management tool, preferred.

Must possess excellent organizational and writing skills. Must be able to handle multiple situations simultaneously with strong attention to detail.

Must have knowledge of computer systems and software (Windows, Word, Excel, and the Internet).
Must be able to communicate effectively verbally by telephone and face to face.

Ensures that projects/tasks are completed on schedule following established procedures.
