You must have a proven track record of success in sales and account management and excel at finding and closing new business. All acknowledge that you set realistic expectations, work well under pressure and have excellent listening and organizational skills.
You are very good at solving problems and clients often come to you for assistance and direction. You calmly and methodically trouble shoot the situation through to resolution. You like things to be right and will use your excellent communication skills to work with existing and potential clients to collect the information you will need to resolve the problem and provide effective solutions. You are often recognized for your drive and passion to deliver and exceed expectations.
You should have experience in the automotive financial industry or similar financial related field. Sales and account management experience a must.
You are self-driven with a strong work ethic and work well with minimum supervision. You must a proven be a top performer.
