Emet Institute, a Wellness - Life Coaching Center, in Hollywood, Florida is looking for a Marketing Specialist that can also perform the duties of an Administrative Assistant.


The position starts as a Part-Time position to become Full-time position within 1-2 months.

pay: 12.5K/year for Part-Time, 25K/year for Full-Time

We need someone with strong marketing skills that can develop effective marketing campaigns, and is also capable of performing the functions of an administrative assistant.

The Job also includes:
-Front Desk work
-CRM maintenance (client registrations, schedule coordination, cash management)
-Marketing/PR social media maintenance (Facebook/Youtube/Twitter/Pinterest)

Experience/Skills requested:
-Excellent in all of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook)
-Excellent with all of Google products (Calendar-Docs-Contacts-Gmail)
-Sense of accountability and timeliness
-Sense of commitment and dependability
-Very proactive
-Excellent organization skills
-Good writing skills
-Good presentation/people skills
-Experience with Online marketing
-Experience with Webmastering a plus
