Responsible for the bank’s marketing activities as well as performs administrative support. Creates the bank’s marketing plan and maintains the annual marketing budget. Upholds the bank’s brand image within all marketing collateral and is responsible for the layout and design, as well as the accuracy of information within the promotional material.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

MARKETING

  • Provides marketing support to the bank’s commercial, retail and wealth management departments.
  • Performs graphic design and layout of promotional materials meeting prescribed deadlines. Creativity and generation of unique ideas and approaches is required.
  • Coordinates various bank functions and events both internally and externally.
  • Manages the bank’s digital presence, to include the website and facebook page, ensuring quality and integrity of information.
  • Conducts media purchases and serves as liaison with outside agencies.
  • Maintains vendor relationships.
  • Drafts all customer-facing written communication to include items such as letters, press releases and proposals.
  • Conducts market research relevant to what’s taking place in the industry.
  • Maintains control over marketing expenditures versus budget.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • ADMINISTRATIVE

  • Has access to and performs confidential clerical work.
  • Collects and researches data. Analyzes information skillfully and compiles records and reports.
  • Provides support to sales teams with calling efforts.
  • Maintains Kudos program.
  • Maintains vendor relationships.
  • Performs official notary duties.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


  • Requirements:
    QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business administration, public relations or communications plus two years of experience. Experience equivalent to degree will be considered.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to organize and manage a variety of projects and tasks while dealing with frequent interruptions.
  • Follows bank policies and procedures.
  • Responds to staff and customer requests in a prompt manner.
