This individual will support a multi-channel media team with media plan execution, analysis and administrative duties. He/she will also hold key responsibilities in supporting our lead generation/affiliate partnerships and paid search marketing. The position will work directly with the media channel owners and collaborate with other teams across the marketing organization, such as Marketing Analytics, Marketing Operations, Brand Communication, CRM and Brand Experience.

Support key lead generation channel owners with tactical planning, execution, ad-hoc and ongoing reporting/analysis and optimization:

Lead Aggregator/Affiliate:
  • Responsible for gauging the quality of aggregator leads against brand execution
  • Provide aggregator-related reporting for planning and forecasting purposes
  • Monitor aggregator partner compliance with brand standards and regulatory restrictions
  • Billing maintenance and financial reconciliation for lead generation partnerships
Paid Search:
  • Monitor campaign results, analyze key metrics and optimize click-through and conversion performance
  • Manage relationships with PPC advertising vendors and partners
  • Write or edit search ad copy
  • Execute tests to determine best creative copy, landing experience and bidding strategies to maximize click-through and conversion
  • Monitor click and lead quality driven by the paid search channel
  • Day-to-day operational responsibility for paid search bid-management tool
  • Responsible for the creation and maintenance of reports and analytics regarding SEM efforts
Other Responsibilities:
  • Ongoing review, approval or rejection of leads based on validity of lead information
  • General team finance: maintain master media flowchart and budget communication with internal and external partners
  • Own team’s vendor communication and meeting coordination


Educational or Experience Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years in a marketing role, preferably digital media/paid search management
  • Education: BS/BA required
Specifications & Miscellaneous
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required
  • Excellent time management skills and proven ability to work with competing priorities
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task many projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Marin bid management software a plus
