Purpose: To provide overall assistance in Marketing and Sales Department

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Carries out all duties and responsibilities with an emphasis on safety.

Creates/maintains/updates all printed literature and other print material. Helps determine needs and style. Works with printer until completion.

Maintains/updates the company websites. Makes sure websites are marketed in best way possible using most up-to-date technology.

Create/tracks print and online advertising and lead generations. Helps determine best advertising campaigns.

Works with trade magazines to insert new product releases.

Coordinates new product launches with Sales Department.

May attend trade shows and other seminars throughout the year.

Performs administrative marketing duties.

Performs other duties as required or requested.

Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor degree with emphasis in Marketing or 4+ years experience.

Good communication skills. Ability to read and write English clearly and to speak and understand spoken English.

Excellent skills with personal computer and related software including Excel, Word, Publisher and PowerPoint.
