About the job
The Services team is building a suite of scalable services using Scala and AWS that will power our product. Inevitably, our services will break, and we would rather know about it before our users do.
In the role of Master Breaker, you will intimately understand the product we are building and the service infrastructure behind it. With this context, you can expose fragilities in the services built by your teammates, before our users do. Moreover, you will set direction on where the team’s automation efforts should focus, working with developers and product owners to drive resolution of issues you have found.
