Within safety guidelines design, perform, collect data, analyze and compile reports on complex process engineering experiments for multiple products.
Within safety guidelines develop, plan, and execute process engineering projects.
Generate internal and external documentation for products, presentations, and technical reports, and generate process engineering specifications.
Train less experienced engineers in measurement techniques of film properties, and guide them in the interpretation of the data.
Interact with customers to resolve process engineering issues.
Train less experienced engineers, implement new methodologies, apply new technologies, and/or troubleshoot, perform Root Cause Analysis, and resolve complex process engineering issues for multiple products.
Conceive and implement new technology, products, and analytical instrumentation.

INCUMBENTS ARE PREFERRED WHO POSSESS THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:
BS in Chemical/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science or related technical discipline, and 8+ years directly related experience, or equivalent.
INCUMBENTS ARE PREFERRED WHO POSSESS THE FOLLOWING:
MS in Chemical/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science or related technical discipline, and 5+ years directly related experience, or equivalent.
Previous work experience: process engineering experience in a development or manufacturing environment.
