Candidate must demonstrate general knowledge of each:
Performs urgent corrective, routine, and requisitioned repairs of electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems as required.
A thorough knowledge of how to use and maintain plant tools and equipment.
A working knowledge of fire alarm and signal systems.
Ability to work well on his/her own, and to inspect facilities and equipment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Assists in maintaining and repairing HVAC equipment to maximize efficiency levels in all environmentally controlled areas.
Performs manual duties as requested (i.e., moving supplies or furniture, replacing light bulbs, removing trash or scrap material).
Performs preventive maintenance on equipment and systems as required.
Works day, evening or night shift as assigned.
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS (Required licenses, certificates, specific skills)
Must be proficient with Active Directory on Windows 2007
Excellent problem solving abilities
High degree of self motivation
Must be able to work individually or in a close team environment
Good written and oral skills
Competent using the Microsoft Office suite of products
