Summary Description:
Assist Project Engineers by preparing reports and designs and implementing project objectives for Manufacturing Engineering type projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Research and analyze customer design parameters, specifications, manuals, and other data to evaluate the feasibility, cost, and maintenance requirements of designs and/or applications.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.

Provide construction administration services; may include review of shop drawings, attending meetings and field inspections.

Ability to work and communicate within a team environment.

Basic understanding of fluid mechanics and/or thermodynamics.

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, etc.

Required Skills

Required Experience

Associates orBachelor’s with a mechanical engineering/design focus or equivalent field experience in HVAC/Mechanical projects or equivalent education and experience. Working knowledge of Trane Trace preferred. Knowledge of the LEED certification process (LEED AP accreditation is preferred). Professional Registration, PE, or EIT are preferred. Experience with 3D software modeling (Revit or other BIM platform is preferred). Experience with construction and knowledge of building HVAC & Plumbing systems.
