Mechanical Product Engineer-

We strive to improve system and technology performance working on all types of facilities and systems from office buildings, manufacturer clean rooms, health care facilities, schools and much more. Our expertise is built on applied science combined with practical field experience and cross disciplines including mechanical, electrical and building automation controls.
Design, develop, and validate innovative energy optimization product for commercial HVAC system and industrial process system.
Conduct system analysis using the principles of fluid flow, thermodynamics, and heat transfer.
Develop the system design including system schematic diagram, points list, control algorithms, user interface, etc.
Develop and write product testing plan.
Build product prototype.
Conduct product lab testing and field testing.
Develop product documents including user manuals, cut sheets, training materials, etc.
Provide technical support and training to sales/marketing, dealer, and service personnel.
Conduct design review and troubleshooting as required.
Provide customer support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Architecture Engineering or related engineering disciplines. (Bachelor’s level minimum.)
Experience in product development and experimental design.
Experience in HVAC mechanical system and control.
Proficient with AutoCAD.
Must be hands-on, highly motivated and energetic team player with the ability to take ownership of product development projects and bring it to a successful completion.
Must be able to prioritize and manage several projects at once with an ability to maintain critical project timelines.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Experience in energy efficiency measures of commercial HVAC system and industrial process system.
Experience in HVAC control system design.
Hand-on programming experience with C/C++.
Professional Engineering licenses.
