The Senior Recruiter shall be a seasoned recruiting professional capable of managing full cycle recruiting efforts for senior level hiring’s (Function heads, Country managers, sales heads).
The incumbent would be accountable directly (or in some cases indirectly) for hiring for all client facing roles.
Develop proactive sourcing strategies to attract Business Development/ Sales talent in the AP region including Singapore. Identify key pockets of talent and develop relationship “pre need’.
Participate in branding Visa as a premium employer of choice in the marketplace
Train and coach hiring managers in identifying interview evaluation criteria and competencies; establish a consistent and valid candidate assessment process.
Interface with hiring managers and candidates to negotiate and exchange information with all levels of management.
Deliver results without supervision, and to effectively manage multiple projects and candidates
Manage candidate process and be an advocate to ensure internal and external equity.
Manage offer process, reference checks, and salary recommendations independently.
Prioritize multiple functions, tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast paced, changing work environment.
Participate in related programs and process improvement projects as needed.
Participate in business planning cycle and establish forward looking talent attraction strategies.
Coach and mentor the TA team and the large HR organization on world class TA practices and TA environment in the region. Provide TA leadership to business groups.
Achieve high levels of internal customer satisfaction.
Effectively balance employee advocacy with strong focus on business needs and HR practices.
Participate in Corporate Talent Acquisition initiatives and partner with Corporate Talent Acquisition team members to delivery best in class Talent Acquisition services.
Ensure compliance with audit, regulatory and legal requirements
Administer and resolve employee matters, effectively mitigating risk to the company
A university level education in a relevant area of study. Management or HR related qualification is highly desirable.
Minimum 10 years sourcing/recruiting experience with at least 2-3 years in a corporate environment; combination of corporate and retained executive search, boutique search firm and/or agency experience attractive Proven expertise in customer relationship management; strong consultative skills.
Ability to see the larger HR perspective (while recruiting) and ability to work very closely with the rest of the HR organization.
Experience in Multi-site and multi- functional TA solutions delivery.
Proven ability to effectively manage a large workload independently and multiple priorities simultaneously.
Experience in managing senior level hiring’s and relationships.
Should be self starter and should be proven implementer in a complex, challenging environment .
The ability to proactively source candidates in a challenging employment environment and develop strategic sourcing and hiring campaigns.
Excellent negotiation skills
Experience in leading teams as a direct manager or in a Matrix environment.
Prior experience with Taleo applicant tracking system is desirable.
Prior experience providing consulting services to a division or divisions relative to workforce planning topics such as salary equity, internal movement, and staffing level planning.
Experience in helping drive new employment policies and procedures throughout the organization.
