The Advanced Therapeutic District Manager is responsible for achieving sales goals, devising and executing the sales plan and developing future management talent within the district and managing up to 7 TM's (Territory Managers). The district may be located in the Boston metro and surrounding areas.

College degree, Advance degree preferred.
Must have 3+ Sales Management experience managing a team with direct sales reports - must include up to 6+ years sales experience.
510K experience along with PMA experience a big plus.
Experience managing sales reps who have called on Hospitals and in the OR (Operating room).
Experience selling injectables/biologics highly preferred
