We are seeking an experienced business-to-business media sales professional to join our team as Sales Executive for our Quad Cities territory. The focus of this position is developing new business and growing existing clients. Our sales people manage their territory by traveling to retail businesses in assigned markets to sell direct mail programs.
Mspark provides strong sales support in the form of a 12 month onboarding program, a structured sales process, 2 weeks of initial classroom training and ongoing in-the-field work with our dedicated sales coaches. High-quality sales materials, consumer analytics and market research are key differentiators for our sales people.
Compensation is salary + bonus as you build your business over your first 12-18 months, then draw against an average 10% commission on sales. In addition, we provide auto, cell phone and home office expense allowances. Total compensation for our sales executives with over 2 years of experience averages $60,000 and can grow exponentially.
