The Department of Surgery seeks a Media Specialist, Principal to transform curriculum into interactive web-based format access; recommend purchasing, maintain and integrate web software for use with curriculum, students, teachers and distance collaboration; design, customize, coordinate, maintain and scale the web site for the VCRC/Q.
Duties and Responsibilities

- Focus on the development of new neurosciences modules and the module template for further expansion. * Facilitate dissemination of the VCRC/Q program through web sites, computer linkages to distant sites, teleconferencing and streaming video activities. * Function as the point person for coordination with the Director of the Biomedical Communications in the project for programming activities and ensuring incorporation of the latest state-of-the-art technologies.
Master's degree in Instructional Technology, Communications or related field AND four years of media production and design experience which includes one year of supervisory experience; OR, nine years of media production and design experience which includes one year of supervisory experience; OR, any equivalent combination of experience, training and/or education.
