Assist doctors with patients, maintain patient flow, gather patient history, use Electronic Medical Records, effectively use a variety of equipment that is needed to complete an eye exam or for the patient's specific medical condition. Contact Lens Knowledge: assist with educating patient on proper wear and care for contact lenses, as well as, selling contact lenses to patients.Basic Office Work: Filing, answer phones, set appointments, insurance knowledgeverification, overall excellent customer service.Candidate needs to be able to multitask and work at a fast pace. They should be self motivated, high level of computer competency, and excellent follow through skills. The ideal candidate should also have excellent documentation skills, and is top notch in customer service.
