Interviews patients and/or families in order to secure all necessary information to efficiently provide all needed services. Obtains, verifies and records all patient information through Registration process to ensure proper reimbursement for all services received. Responsible for greeting patients, securing medical records and the business office functions.
High school graduate or equivalent. Minimum of one year computer skills, customer relations and telephone skills required. Knowledge of medical terminology and health insurance.
