Longhorn Village, a CCRC Retirement Resort Community, is seeking a highly motivated medical records/supply coordinator. The position is twofold: first, the coordinator will maintain Longhorn Village's medical records program electronically for the residents in the Healthcare Center. Second, the coordinator will maintain the basic healthcare and related supplies necessary for the orderly function of the Healthcare Center. The position also requires establishing an inventory management system and par level inventory. This is a full-time position, Monday – Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
The ideal candidate will have medical records experience in the senior care setting, central supplies experience, and a familiarity with inventory management. A minimum of 1 year of experience is required, with a C.N.A. certification preferable. Excellent computer skills are a must. Strong initiative, professionalism and creativity needed to foster the highest quality of life for our residents.
