Coordinate addition of products to hospital formularies and nursing home protocols utilizing customer champions and provided sales collaterals
Inservice appropriate personnel in hospitals, outpatient departments, nursing homes and closed door pharmacies to educate end users on the clinical benefits of Healthpoint products
Deliver sales presentations to key customers and customer groups
Conduct product lunches and dinners for identified customer groups
Generate use of products by utilizing customer champions and by educating customers with provided sales collaterals
Achieve annual sales goals as established by the Company and District Manager
Utilize proper sales skills including probing, supporting and closing
Penetrate target accounts and devote adequate sales time to each product
Maintain mutually beneficial relationships with key customers, decision makers and thought leaders
Demonstrate exceptional presentation skills
Demonstrate good administrative and organizational skills
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from 4-year college or university
Minimum of 3 years of medical sales experience is required
Prior Business-to-Business sales experience is a plus

Demonstrated ability to effectively present key concepts and recommendations to customers in formal and informal settings

Must be able to:

Transport detail bag from car to appointments and back to car. Weight of detail bag will vary, but can weigh up to 25 pounds
Travel within territory whenever necessary and required, as well as to other locations for training. Travel time will vary depending on territory
Live within the geographic boundaries of the defined territory
Mental Demands of Job (e.g. problem solving, written and verbal communication, multiple concurrent, tasks, etc.)
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram or schedule form
