The Medical Secretary - Imaging Services performs a variety of secretarial and clerical duties in the Imaging Department including appointment scheduling, registration and transcription of all dictated material. Refers reports to other medical facilities and local nursing homes.
High school/GED/equivalent. Graduate of medical secretarial program. Experience in medical terminology and in a hospital or related setting. Ability to type 45 words per minute. Ability to follow oral and written communication. Basic computer skills. Word. Excel. Outlook.
