Manages the strategy and planning of meetings and special events for an organization. Coordinates all amenities and accommodations at the event. Monitors and controls event budgets and negotiates all necessary contracts. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and at least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is required. Leads and directs the work of others.
Undergraduate Degree in Marketing, Business, Product Marketing, or related field.
Must be organized, task oriented, self-starter

Oversee all logistics for internal and external events
Identify and manage all trade show participation (organization, strategy, networking)
Execute events with wrap de-brief assessing events’ success
Identification of Speaking opportunities for Executive Participation
Experience in Managing Others
Fluent in Spanish is a plus
Willingness to travel
Past Event Management Required
Must be able to work on multiple, high level projects at one time
