The Melting Manager is accountable across three shifts
for all manufacturing operations in the Melting
Department including electric arc furnaces, AOD,
refractory, ladles, scrap area, and reclamation area
The Melting Manager is responsible for the day to day
operational activities in these areas as well as

goals. Responsibilities include employee safety,
training, quality, productivity, and continuous
improvement for workers in these processes; plan,
coordinate and direct manufacturing activities in these
areas to achieve business results.
