Member Service Representatives acquire, expand and retain new and existing member relationships. Responsibilities include consumer lending, real estate referrals and maintaining a thorough knowledge of credit union products and services to assess and meet members needs.
This position requires exceptional member service and communication skills as well as a strong knowledge of Community First Credit Unions products and services. An Associates Degree in a related field and two years relevant experience, or equivalent combination of the two field is required; prior lending experience is preferred.
