Skidmore College's Athletics, Fitness and Recreation department invites applications for a full-time, regular (10 month) Head Men's Soccer Coach position. As a NCAA Division III institution competing in the Liberty League conference, Skidmore College offers 19 varsity sports (9 for men and 10 for women). Responsibilities include but are not limited to: coaching a highly competitive men's soccer program with oversight for all aspects of the program such as scheduling, recruitment of student-athletes, travel, fiscal planning, etc. Additionally, the successful candidate must also be qualified to assume teaching duties within the Physical Activity Program and or home game management duties. The ability to interact comfortably with individuals and constituency groups (student-athletes, alumni, coaches, parents, etc.) is crucial to the advancement of athletics at Skidmore.A bachelor's degree is required. A minimum of three years collegiate soccer coaching and/or playing experience is required.Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree preferred. Preference will be given to those candidates with collegiate coaching experience.
