Drive Tailored Clothing and Shoe sales, customer service and execution of central merchandising standards for select stores by developing partnerships with the stores / district teams / buying office and vendor communityThe Coordinator is responsible for driving execution through partnership with the Director.

Participate in weekly conference calls with Director.
Review regularly business results Actual vs. Plan.
Responsible for communicating to Director specific vendor feedback and providing bi-weekly forms to be given to the vendor
Responsible for managing schedule to be reviewed with Director on a monthly basis
Responsible for managing all business and travel expenses so that all financial budgets by season are met
Drive the success of Private Men's' Events.
Execute central merchandising standards, floor plans, and visual presentation strategies as directed by Central Merchantsand DMM.
Train associates on product knowledge, the proper fitting of garments, and merchandise presentation in order to enhance customers' shopping experiences.
Train associates on building client relationships and work with specialists to expand current client base to grow the business
Serve as a role model of outstanding customer service.
Initiate and participate in promotional activities by region/by store to further increase sales and consumer awareness of the product
Ensure proper execution of all markdowns and RTV's.
Minimum of 5 years of retail management, buying, or vendor-related experience, preferably in Men's.
Strong leadership profile.
Good knowledge of store operations.
Highly organized and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well with all levels of the organization
Strong negotiation skills, ability to influence
