This is a Fulltime position.
Minimum of Master’s Degree with QP status (2 years of experience working with adults who have mental illness and/or substance abuse diagnosis), licensure/provisional licensure preferred.
Work as part of a community-based treatment team to provide mental health support and services to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. Attend to case management needs, develop individual mental health goals/interventions on PCP, provide mental health group therapy. Prepare and submit documentation accurately and on time. Participate in peer review. Ensure incident reports are prepared and submitted on time. Prepare and present documentation/authorization requests for utilization review to continue services with individuals. Complete required training within prescribed timeframes. Successfully participate in the DMH approved ACTT training. Crisis intervention skills and ability to be in on-call rotation of crisis line. Other duties as assigned.
