High school diploma or GED certificate required. College degree preferred.
Valid Oklahoma driver's license, CDL preferred. Must be willing to obtain CDL license six months from date of hire.
Able to lift, load, unload and move products weighing up to 165 lbs as well as hang merchandise materials. Lifting up to 50 pounds overhead, push/pull up to 340 pounds on a two-wheeler.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong internal and external customer orientation with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Highly self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude.
Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
Ability to safely operate job related equipment (hand truck, pallet jack, etc.).
Highly organized with ability to manage priorities and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
Must be at least 21 years of age with an excellent driving record.
Responsible for maintaining accurate inventories, code dates, and out-of-stock for assigned accounts
Communicate with telephone sales representative to maintain adequate inventories and limit load returns
Communicate sales and service of assigned accounts which include growing volume, distribution, rotation and merchandising
Responsible for rotation and code date checks on every retail call
Identify and follow up on merchandising opportunities during each visit
Deliver products to retail accounts when necessary
Maintain all company areas, equipment and vehicles in accordance with Anheuser-Busch standards
Administrative paperwork including: complete and submit daily, weekly and monthly reports, point of sale booking forms, etc
Comply with all legal guidelines, Wholesaler Equity Agreement and Anheuser-Busch standards and policies
Provide merchandising, line cleaning and delivery support to the Sales, Marketing and Delivery Departments as needed and provide support for sales promotions and special events
