Stock all Company related products (magazines, books, CD and DVD and other products) in retail stores
Remove outdated product from shelves, then load into totes or boxes to be picked up by delivery driver or UPS driver
Service stores at required day and time and within established budget
Listen to Voice Mail Line each day for updates
Report hours daily into the company time reporting system (MARS)
Ensure that all product is set to plan at store
Provide auto insurance coverage documents, if applicable for position
Maintain professional attitude and appearance at store level
Communicate all store issues to supervisor
Place reorders of all product lines as required
Implement special store projects as required
Ensure placement of all displays at store level
Personal computer, printer, email and Internet access is required
May help train new merchandisers
Work is performed during daytime hours
Weekends may be required
Ideal candidate lives in relative distance from store
Minimum of High School Diploma or GED equivalency
Previous merchandising experience helpful III. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Basic math
Weekend hours may be required
Must self motivated and able to work independently
Excellent organizational and analytical skills
Ability to work well under pressure and able to meet deadlines
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Must be detail oriented
Some mechanical aptitude required IV. Physical Requirements:
Requires repetitive reaching and bending
Standing and walking for long periods of time may be required
May require lifting up to 25-50 lbs
May require pushing/pulling cart or pallet loaded with magazine totes

Work is performed in a store environment that is well lit and ventilated
