Responsible for development, growth, and management of selected strategic national chain accounts, against planned objectives. Focus on value added emphasizing custom business development and managing individual accounts' P&L to meet plan and company objectives.
Develop and manage key accounts for planned volume & margin, as it pertains to specified territory/accounts with primary focus NRN/Technomic TOP 100.
Create, develop, organize, manage, and facilitate customer business development teams, to include Culinary/Technical R&D, Marketing, Quality Assurance, Logistics and Operations to maximize account goals and objectives with a focus on custom product development.
Develop and execute actionable business plans in conjunction with individual account profit and loss pro-formas. Maximize results inside RFP/Contract management processes with emphasis on multi year/complex operator agreements. Develop and manage target, growth, & maintenance account plans.
Develop, expand, and promote key level to level operator relationships within specific assigned territories.
Identify, analyze and monitor new/emerging accounts (per product mix and potential )with a focus on the accounts of the future while carefully managing internal resources and expense against potential returns.
Responsible for management of information flow (ie pricing, etc.) through customer service (both CCD and the region) to maintain ongoing levels of customer service efficiencies acceptable to the customer within company guidelines.
