Contributes to overall strategic direction of the technical field operations from the node to the home across the assigned Region. Creates, implements and enhances consistent standardized operating practices that are aligned with the companys initiatives and expectations. In conjunction with the VP, Regional Field Operations, provides oversight to the KMA field operations including Fulfillment and Service for both residential and commercial customers, Fault Rate reduction, support of 3rd party labor SOW negotiations, and administration of 3 way bid process for all projects within established guidelines.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
Creates reports designed for implementing and tracking quality improvements across the Region as measured by the company-wide field operations metrics.
Provides oversight and/or project management of company and regional priority initiatives for regional implementation.
Observes and tracks best practice/standards within the region and create consistency and compliance of those pratices.
Builds and maintains positive relationships by representing Charter with utilities, developers, permitting agencies and government officials.
Ensures field compliance with corporate policies and procedures, FCC standards and franchise requirements.
Provides oversight of contract labor management, including developing consistent scope of work requirements for the Region, assisting KMA’s with pricing negotiations and providing approvals for contract labor company selection.
Tracks and trends expenditures and approve invoices within budgetary guidelines.
Authorizes company expenditures related to construction activities.
Participates in developing and enforcing consistent standardized operating practices for the Region.
Participates in budget and forecasting planning and management of expenses for the Region .
Contributes to the identification of field operational opportunities and inspire change and initiate ideas
Performs other duties as requested.

Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical management or equivalent experience
