Brief Description We are currently seeking a Manager of Financial Management - Demand Planning that will enable Dunkin’ Donuts to achieve financial objectives by managing inventory demand planning organization for Dunkin’ Donuts. Role will establish and/or refine processes related to inventory and supply chain planning. Role will be charged with building the organizational capabilities required to reduce inventory risk on all types of products.
Detailed Description Demand Planning and Financial modeling
Work with cross-functional teams to build models that accurately forecast sales, incremental sales and product inventory requirements, by region, for all major food and beverage categories Track, analyze and present performance of new product market tests Manage and update the Dunkin’ Donuts food cost model Create ad hoc models related to major testing initiatives (ie ROI, Cash Flow, Payback, etc) Communication
Establish executive level reports that provide information on inventory management and risks and opportunities associated Annual Budget/Calendar window support:
Work with Business Analytics and Ad Fund teams in a supporting role on both budget and marketing calendar window creation Daily Ad Hoc Analyses
Cross functional team leadership
Work with Supply Chain, DCP, Operations and Marketing representatives to align on processes and procedures required to manage product demand Analysis – Coaching and teaching
Work with analysts from Business Analysis team on driving complex demand planning, financial, and ad hoc analysis Select, engage, manage and develop a best in class team.

Ideal hire would be expected to “hit the ground running” as part of a high performing team that has a significant daily impact on the entire business. Role is expected to conduct daily analysis for the senior leadership team (CEO, CMO, CFO, COO, etc.) in addition to supply chain analytics.
Job Requirements · Bachelor’s degree with concentration in Finance or Economics; MBA and/or CPA preferred
Additional Details Position is 100% performed in climate-controlled internal office environment working under normal office conditions. Approximately 0-5% travel may be required in support of the position’s responsibilities.
- 5+ years experience in financial/sales analysis – Demand Planning background preferred
- Retail industry experience preferred
- Highly proficient with Microsoft applications, including Power point and Excel is required
- Knowledge of functional aspects of systems including Oracle and Access. Knowledge of Hyperion and internal web based system, Business Intelligence (BI) a plus
- Ability to perform analysis of profit and loss statements, revenue modeling, profitability and risk assessment and ROI models for capital investments.
- Familiarity with inventory management and supply chain management key performance metrics
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to research, reconcile, and arrive at conclusions.
- Time management skills in order to prioritize and manage deadlines.
- Energetic, flexible, motivated individual with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive, team player but also able to work independently.
