Due to outstanding business growth over the past year, an opportunity has become available for a Dynamics AX Support Consultant to join our team in Vancouver. Reporting to the Support Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of support issues generated for clients - including recording, resolution and issue escalation. The position is an integral part of Eclipse's 'Old-fashioned Service' policy, so maintaining excellent working relationships with all clients is paramount.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Record all client correspondence
- Resolve client issues and update the database
- Update all support steps based on service and escalate any product issues
- Update and capture training and sales opportunities
- Provide AX support for all Eclipse employees as required
- Record calls for other support team members as required
- Create new 'knowledge base' articles as required
- Complete support documentation as required
You will have more than 2 years MS Dynamics AX knowledge with experience in providing support to customers. Experience with SQL database and basic X++ development experience would be ideal. To succeed in this role you will be passionate about providing a great level of service to your customers. You will have great communication skills, be adaptive and work well under pressure.
