Metron’s OASiS division is seeking mid-level operations and systems analyst/engineers. Metron employs its simulation system products in support of real-time operations, experimentation, distributed simulation and war gaming, and the acquisition analysis process. Successful candidates will participate in employing analytical and simulation tools, with peripheral duties designing, implementing, testing, and evaluating tools. Candidates must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Candidates must have a current SSBI and SCI eligibility.
BS or MS in Operations Research, Physical Sciences, Engineering, or Math
3-5 years of defense programs experience with a focus on modeling and simulation, operations research, or intelligence modeling
Experience with modeling and simulation tools, e.g., Naval Simulation System (NSS), Synthetic Theater Operations Research Model (STORM), General Campaign Analysis Model (GCAM), Extended Air Defense Simulation (EADSIM)
Experience with the following is also useful: MATLAB, SimuLink, Satellite Toolkit (STK)
Excellent analytic and critical thinking skills
US CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED
