The purpose of this task order is to support HQ AFSPC Organize, Train, and Equip (OT&E) functions with an emphasis on individual Directorate and Division roles throughout the acquisition lifecycle for Space Control mission area weapon systems. Supports the IPP, corporate process, and Science and Technology (S&T). Work ranges from unclassified to SAP/SAR-Contractor personnel must meet eligibility requirements of Tier 1 or Tier 2 IAW JAFAN 6/4. Provide requirements/planning support within the AFPSC planning processes, identify requirements, and support efforts to integrate capabilities based planning within the PPBE process. Review the identification of capability requirements, existing requirements that will meet Space Control and Offensive Cyber Ops (OCO) requirements.

• Active security clearance at the appropriate level required-TS/SCI required
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent
• HQ AFSPC staff experience, either active duty or contractor
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and turn staff products rapidly in a dynamic environment
• Expertise in HQ AFSPC Requirements Development, a strong understanding of IPP, experience in the JCIDS and CBA process and a thorough understanding of Space Control Requirements and priorities
• Proficient with MS Office Suite
• High level of interpersonal, oral and written communications skill
• Ability to apply critical thinking skills in a highly dynamic environment
• Experience with Tracker Database (SharePoint)
• Five years Experience working Space Control systems
• Recent and relevant experience working at HQ Air Force Space Command for space control and/or cyberspace systems highly desired.
• High level of interpersonal, oral and written communications skill
• Aerospace, MS Office and Requirements Analysis
• Ability to apply critical thinking skills in a highly dynamic environment
