Summary:
United States intelligence enterprise Network Analyst leverages intelligence enterprise systems, tools, capabilities, research methods, and organizations performing complex network configuration and operating analysis. Network analysts perform technical data mining, information operations, and innovative predictive analysis of foreign intelligence threat systems, networks, communications infrastructure and configurations, and technology to support multi-echelon government and military tactical and strategic objectives. - ** Please note that this position is contingent upon contract award **

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

-- - - - - - - - - Supports and conducts the compilation of essential elements of information from various classified and unclassified intelligence sources and - databases to produce predictive network intelligence products for multi-echelon government organizations and activities

  • - - - - - - - Maintains and conducts simultaneous ongoing network analysis efforts to support daily intelligence briefings, vulnerability assessments, defined functional knowledge briefs, threat warning products, and intelligence operations

  • - - - - - - - Reviews, p repares, produces, and disseminates scheduled and unscheduled textual, graphic, and tabular products of varying length and production frequency containing - pattern of life analysis derived intelligence products, intelligence information, communication profiles, assessments, network diagrams, and predictive analysis

  • - - - - - - - Anticipates, initiates, organizes, and conducts comprehensive network research projects on complex topics independently or as part of larger analytical efforts; focused on identifying foreign intelligence risks and threats through network intelligence analysis of foreign entity capabilities, affiliations and activities; includes state and non-state actors, rogue individuals or groups, or organized criminal activities

  • - - - - - - - Develops and expands network analysis expertise through thorough analysis and interpretation of network communication nodes, structures, operating procedures, geospatial information, multi-discipline intelligence traffic and products, directed searches of foreign intelligence databases, and foreign threat communications

  • - - - - - - - Participates in analytic, and informational exchanges with other network analysts, - other single source discipline SMEs, other government agency analysts, military analysts and when authorized; immigration, customs, border, and law enforcement personnel -

  • - - - - - - - Responds to multiple government organizations and echelons supplying analytical support for senior DOD military and civilian intelligence and operational leadership

  • - - - - - - - Coordinates or attends as directed by government: briefings to command and staff, planning conferences, exercise activities, roundtables, staff meetings, IPRs, and other organizational and operational functions

  • - - - - - - - Serves as or assists organizational senior on-site network analyst and organizational site lead with functional requirements

  • - - - - - - - Other duties as assigned to meet the needs of the contract /client.
