Mission / Business Analysts support large Government transformation and technology programs in meeting their mission objectives and program goals. Responsibilities may include:
Collaborate with homeland security and Intelligence Community stakeholders to perform detailed business analysis on current and proposed technology solutions related to mission critical systems and applications
Develop strong understanding of mission goals, business processes, and functional and system requirements
Reengineer processes and enable them through technology
Integrate solutions into homeland security environment
4 years of consulting or information technology experience (salary commensurate with experience)
Outstanding stakeholder relationship and communication skills
Experience with the techniques used to gather and document business and system requirements or new business processes around critical mission solutions
Knowledge of the software development life-cycle
Strong interest in homeland security and intelligence programs
Project management apptitude
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, and Instant Messaging
Advanced MS Visio experience
Bachelor' Degree (minimum level required)
US Citizenship required / Secret clearance
Additional Preferred Skills:
Experience consulting and/or systems integration
Experience in large government transformation / information technology programs
Training and/or certifications in business process design, information technology requirements analysis, and/or systems engineering
Top Secret clearance
