Mt. McKinley School is located in the Juvenile Hall facility and offers a variety of classes targeted at students’ specific needs.
All teachers are certified, and the curriculum is aligned with the California State Frameworks. Lessons are designed to accommodate classrooms diverse in ability and learning styles. Technology is highly valued and all students have access to computers. This program also helps students develop pro-social behaviors and life skills.

This position is for a Multiple Subjects Teacher who will work in a Juvenile Hall setting with middle and high school aged students. Strong behavior management skills and the ability to teach high school core subjects: English, Algebra, History and Science in a self-contained classroom with general and special education students.
