The NGS Customer Service Lead will act as a team lead in reviewing requests by email and telephone regarding Small Business Health Options Program (SHOP) guidelines, enrollment rules, payment issues and other general inquiry types. Able to perform all complex functions. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

Oversees all daily activities of NGS Customer Service Representatives.

Troubleshoots specific problems/issues.

Performs quality audits, coaching and other unit contract measurements.

Provides leadership and guidance to unit.

Participates on management teams.

Job Qualifications

Requires a High School diploma or GED; 5 + years NGS Customer Service experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
